Sales information

1. Reservation:

We enter into a reservation agreement with the client, which remains valid until entry into a contract under the law of obligations (up to one month). Upon entering into the reservation agreement the client makes a downpayment of €3000.

2. Contract under the law of obligations:

A notarised sales contract under the law of obligations is entered into with the client in which all of the details of the transaction are agreed to. The prerequisite for signing this contract is that the buyer has made a payment in the amount of 10% of the value of the transaction.

3. Real right contract:

Once construction has been completed, we enter into a notarised real right contract with the client. The prerequisite for signing this contract is that the buyer has paid the remainder of the purchase price. The signing of the real right contract constitutes the transfer of the ownership rights in the terraced house.
